Since 2016 we’ve been on a mission to combine innovative technology with engaging training. Learners enjoy the best in face-to-face training and learning technology – a blended approach.

Relaunched as Learn with VR from enploy to highlight our favourite learning tech, here are some of our favourite times and the impact they delivered.

what's with the whales?


White whales aren't common.

They’re large, elusive and very rare. You'll probably have to cross a lot of open water to get to the pod!

In sales, a white whale is a lead that has the potential to bring enormous sales revenue to you. An objective that is relentlessly or obsessively pursued but difficult to achieve.

We help you to achieve these sales and importantly give you balance so you don’t overly focus just on the whales.

Gymshark - Bespoke L&D & team programmes incorporating VR

What a privilege to work with one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, not once but twice. During part of the CPD accredited connected customer support programme we built a bespoke ‘empathise with the angry customer’ VR game to put new customer support skills into practice!


Masterclasses: Innovation Birmingham, PWC, UBC, Coop, Barclays & Rugby Players Association

So much fun! A day of thinking, learning with VR and discussion. We confess this was not for those looking a nice day out but more of an intense mental workout. Our mindset masterclasses took groups through uncovering their team strengths, traits and strategies for encouraging innovation.

Masterclass Feedback Score: 4.8 out of 5.

We’ve revamped the Masterclasses to a Team Building experience hosted with exclusive hire of venue incorporating a team building workshop, 1hr VR free roam immersive game and some light relief with private catering and a bar.


Be Your Own Boss

From day one we’ve been keen that not everything we do should come with a £.

Having been supported by mentors, start-up programmes and great coaching ourselves, we wanted to run programmes in our own time for people who want to learn outside of working hours. That’s why the ‘Be Your Own Boss’ programme, which was the recipient of an UnLtd Social Entrepreneur award holds a special place in our hearts.

We connected with people across the West Midlands looking to set up their own business. They had great technical skills; hairdressing, beauty, graphic designers, professional rugby! They just needed some time to think about whether working for themselves or someone else, was the next step for them. The programmes looked at their motivations, entrepreneurial mindset, resources and signposted to them to the most relevant places to support them on their individual journey. Most importantly they met each other and were not trying to figure out what to do next in isolation. The email we got saying Ellie had signed the lease for a tanning shop, thanking us for the boost to her confidence, and that she was now working with a mentor who had a chain of tanning shops, is still a favourite!

Birmingham City University

We loved this programme because we got to work with a group of great people just when they were figuring out the next step in their career.

It had been a tough year for some of them. Unemployed or underemployed graduates, it was a place nobody had planned for. BCU offered great practical advice and tools; interview skills, applying for jobs and LinkedIn advice. We partnered with them and looked at growth mindset; tools to help them bounce forward, assess opportunities, self-belief, and emotional intelligence. We brought in relatable experts, peers who’d been there and an engagement platform that successfully encouraged reflection through online coaching.
